Meb Keflezighi Heel Strikes His Way to a 2:09 Boston Marathon I'm getting so tired of the "experts" telling people that heel striking causes too much impact forces and causes injuries and that people should be running as midfoot or forefoot strikers that I decided I need to show some evidence that heel striking running can be a very fast and efficient way and injury free way to run.
