Poor nail cutting leading to sunken nail and fleshy/tighly compacted sulci Does anyone have any advice regarding how to do this? I have packed the area with cotton wool, but am concerned that the cotton wool is going to continue to fall out between visits, and the nail is going to dig in repeatedly, thus leading to a further section and a vicious circle? Patellofemoral pain and asymmetrical hip rotation Patellofemoral joint problems are the most common overuse injury of the lower extremity, and altered femoral or hip rotation may play a role in patellofemoral pain.
